In its judgment of 20 September 2023, the District Court of The Hague identified shortcomings in the governance of Stichting Investor Loss Compensation. In response, the Foundation has amended its articles of association align them more closely with the Claim Code 2019. The new articles, among other things, clarify the role of the Supervisory Board.
