The Foundation appeals judgment in first instance
On 19 December 2023, Stichting Investor Loss Compensation filed an appeal against the judgment of the District Court of The Hague of 20 September 2023.
The appeal summons is directed at Airbus, some of its responsible executives and auditor Ernst & Young. An extract of the summons is available on the Foundation’s website and can also be found in the class action register.
The first court docket date is 16 January 2024. The Foundation is now concentrating on drafting the grounds of appeal and submitting them to the Court of Appeal in The Hague on 26 March 2024.
